New Piece for Beginning Strings

Minion Mission is written for the beginning string orchestra in mind. It is a great concert piece to show off your beginning string students. 

Students need to be able to use their bow but the notes are mostly open strings with a few easy notes using the first finger and the high 2nd and 3rd finger for the upper strings and all open strings and first finger notes for the low strings. All the rhythms are quarter notes and eighth notes and gives the kids a chance to feel like a real orchestra with a conductor for their first ever concert. 

This work also helps you teach your students the concept of watching the conductor and to listen and stay together as they bow on their open strings. Even though this piece is super easy to play, it sounds a lot more complicated and interesting for the students and audiences alike.
